Again the Techs and the work they did was professional and I was happy with them. Great guys. BUT, Armstrong just increased our price for the EXACT SAME SERVICE 254%!!! I was also surprised to find out we had a cap on our internet usage and overage charges that I was completely unaware of until I approached the cap one month.

Really well. Whenever they make an appointment they keep it . Their reps are all very courteous and professional.
The technical support over the phone is wonderful in trouble shooting and explanation. Staff is always available via phone.

We moved and chose Armstrong as our cable/interview provider. The technician showed up on the date scheduled (but I rated and quot;band quot; for punctuality only because the time window was 8AM - 4PM which was inconvenient). The Tech installed two cable boxes and our modem. He answered all our questions and was very courteous..

I recently got my bill, it went from $34.95 to $74.95! They charged an additional $40 for and quot;additional internet usageand quot; - more than the base price of $34.95! When I contacted them they said they have recently updated their terms and policies. Also, their internet has been really sketchy the past few months - slow, can't get a connection, constantly losing connection, etc. After 5 years of paying for their internet I will be leaving them ASAP. Another local company has the same service, same price with unlimited usage.

I called them because a tree branch broke down the line and they were here within an hour. They said that was not a branch but a tree which is broken down. They put their little booties on and did a really nice job. They didn't charge me anything. When I call them, I speak to an English speaking person. Every time I have a problem with my cable, they come out and do a good job. I've never had a problem with them.

I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM OR THEIR SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS GOOD AND THE SERVICE PEOPLE ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE INTERNET SPEED IS VERY GOOD WITH THE CABLE HOOK UP.
