Bentley and his staff were delightful and professional. Very polite and skilled. Actual charges were less than the estimate. That's what I call service.

punctual, reliable. A little slow responding during some back and forth email conversations re availability and price of carpet, but overall very good experience at competitive price.

He did a great job. He was awesome. He put on padding and carpeting and he installed tiles for me in my new bathroom. His customer service was great. His price was the lowest. He was the third lowest when compared to any other price. Bentley Sharar is the owner and he does the estimates and installation also. It's nice to have the person that does the estimates also doing the installation. What I liked about him is that he answered my calls right away and he was also available through e-mail. His estimate was also the final price of the product so the final price didn't vary from the estimate. There was a wide variety of materials to choose from. He is very very knowledgeable. He was on time and the job was done quickly on the same day.
