Kelly and another man showed up on time. HOWEVER, 3 hours later, with not even 1/3 of my house packed they FINALLY began loading furniture. The first heavy piece of furniture they had to move had them whining that they needed help. Then he asked were there steps in the home to which I was moving. I replied yes. Five minutes later Kelly told me they were quitting. He claimed the dog hair was an issue (I'd notified him prior to moving me that pet hair was significant). However, the reality was very obvious. As soon as the job became more than lifting a few boxes he reneged on the entire deal. was left stuck with 1/3 of my stuff ON the rented U-Haul so I was unable to return the U-Haul and left scrambling to try to find last-minute labor. I did find a company who could help me the following day and they did a good job. However, I now am also left finding someone to do the other jobs I needed done around the old home. I was gobsmacked that a mover was so lazy, so irresponsible, and so unprofessional!

"AS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, I KNOW THAT WE WERE NOT UNPROFESSIONAL. I WAS NOT ON THE JOB, BUT MY HUSBAND AND OUR EMPLOYEE BOTH SAID THEY COULD NOT EVEN BREATHE DUE TO UNSATISFACTORY WORK CONDITIONS. IT STATES ON OUR WEBSITE THAT WE WILL NOT WORK IN UNSAFE CONDITIONS. WE COULD HAVE CALLED THE STATE AND THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD THE EXACT SAME THING. IT LOOKED AS THOUGH THE HOUSE WAS NEVER CLEANED DUE TO LAZINESS. THE HOUSE WAS NOT EVEN PACKED NOR READY TO GO WHEN MY HUSBAND AND THE EMPLOYEE ARRIVED. IT WAS NEVER MENTIONED TO EITHER ONE OF US REGARDING DOG HAIR OR MOLD GROWING ALL THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. MY HUSBAND DOES HIS BEST TO MAKE IT SAFE FOR OUR EMPLOYEES AND HIMSELF AND THIS WAS A DISASTROUS SITUATION. WE HAVE DONE HUNDREDS OF MOVING JOBS AND THIS JOB WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS A HASSLE. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO VISIT OUR WEBSITE TO SEE THE NUMEROUS SATISFIED CUSTOMERS THAT WE HAVE DONE WORK FOR. WE ALSO HAVE APPROX. 50 PEOPLE WHO YOU MAY CALL AND GET A VERBAL REVIEW ABOUT OUR COMPANY. HEAVY LIFTING IS NO PROBLEM FOR US, WE LIFT CHINA CABINETS THAT WEIGH WELL OVER 300 LBS. AS FAR AS A CONTRACT FOR ALL OF THE WORK NEEDING TO BE DONE, THE CUSTOMER NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING, SO TECHNICALLY WE SHOULD HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING, NOR DID WE CHARGE HER FOR WALKING OFF THE JOB!!THANK YOU!"
