Description of Work: Ryan was one of the most responsive to my call, professional, and showed his knowledge base to be strong. All the hardwood floors in the two-story cape cod require refinishing. The center are of the living room floor is badly stained dark from apparent animals (dog) urine, discovered after pulling the carpet. Ryan suggested staining the floor darker, blending into the stain damaged floor. Excellent idea and I can hardly wait to see the finished product.
