We were stuck on a muggy holiday weekend for my elder parents who had no AC. Brian promptly called after we reached out to the company. He was onsite within 30 minutes and had the unit up and running in no time at all. I highly recommend this company and expect to use them again.

I found a new replacement tank online that was cheaper than Amazon! Scheduled work with Neptune before ordering tank. I had set up timing with Neptune to call them when tank would be available. Ordered tank and had it on my front porch in less than 22 hours, that’s Coming from north NJ (Amazing). Notified Neptune, they came out 2 days Early. All went perfect, 45 minutes, no fuss, no mess. + I saved min $300 over other over the phone quotes. It’s nice to see Brian has his son with him as a plumbers apprentice. I have future plans for his continued services.
