Wally came out and took measurements, and prepared an estimate for us. The price was fair, so we agreed to the contract. There was a minor scheduling hiccup, but it was made right. Wally's crew was professional and efficient. The work was well done, and I couldn't be happier. I would gladly contact Wally & his team for future projects. Wally and his team are an excellent, first class group. Quality craftsmanship at a fair price. Everything with Wally and his team is done the right way, every time. Communication between Wally, his team, and Melanie in the front office was easy and straightforward. They’re always pleasant, available, and willing to help. We had one mixup on the design of the deck board layout. Wally and I spoke, the issue was resolved with no problems or issues. Wally did the extra work this required with no additional charge. They tore down my existing deck, redoing all the framing, and installing a new trex composite deck / railing. Additionally, they updated all the electrical running under the deck / outside (to code), replaced a downspout that was running underground that had collapsed, and also installed a new block window under the deck. Couldn’t be happier. The work was impeccable and the deck looks amazing.

Excellent! I have an older home and the walls aren't exactly even...the drywall has been unfinished for a long time ( my own doing), I finally decided it was time to call in a professional. Manfredia's came in and had the work done and beautiful within the time frame I needed for a reasonable price. The workers on-site were polite, friendly and cleaned up thoroughly with minor disruption to us. Wally was with us the whole way an insisted that he would do the crown moulding to ensure the wacky uneven walls didn't effect the final result. I am so happy with the work done and Manfredia's. Wally responded quickly to my email inquiry. Prior to meeting with Wally, I believed that an entire section of wall would have to be removed to properly replace the drywall, however, after meeting with Wally, he explained that removal of the rest of the wall would not be necessary. He was able to blend the new drywall against the old drywall even though there was a slight angle issue due to the new piping behind the wall. I was hesitant at first, however, Wally seemed confident that this method would work. After the work was completed, I was very pleased with the end result. The blending of the new drywall with the old drywall along with the slight angle (that I was concerned about), is almost non-noticeable. I am grateful that Wally accepted this job, as I am sure it is probably smaller than what he is used to doing.

This was a really emotional job for me, as a foundation wall in my house collapsed during a storm, and I was being told it wasn't fixable. From the first time he came to my property, I knew Wally was the person who would give me my house back. He is the rare type of person who can see a problem and come up with a workable solution, where others would walk away. This was not an easy job. The entire first floor had to be ripped out and replaced. And every step of the way there was other damage that had to be assessed and fixed. Wally made sure I saw any damage he found and understood both the cause and the solution. This was a long, arduous project, but Wally made me feel that he was in it with me the entire way. His work is top quality and his customer service is top notch. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I have recommended him to both family and friends. No issues - little longer to have work performed but understandable with Covid and weather issues

Hired a different contractor to install a new front door. They never completed the job even after several attempts calling them. Spoke to Wally. His guys came the next day and finished the work quickly, professionally and right. Should have used Wally in the first place.

Went with Manfredia's again! Ran into a problem with the garage roof an a major leak but Manfreida's came through with flying colors. After I put in my call the owner was out to do the estimate for me the same week an even did a little extra by taking down some mushrooms ( ewwww) that had been lurking where the leak had been particularly bad. In order to save my otherwise perfectly good, very full, garage they were even able to fit me into the schedule the following week to get the roof ripped off, re-decked and water tight before an upcoming storm. What a life saver! The crew that came out was very nice and worked swiftly, over all the job took less then three days to complete. They even replaced a small part on the back of the roof that had rotted and replaced all the trim sections with pvc so the carpenter bees wont be be making any more holes! Everything came out wonderfully I enjoy seeing it every time I pull into the driveway. I love working with Manfredia's and will DEFIANTLY be calling again for my next project. Thanks!!

Manfredia’s Carpentry and General Contracting did a terrific job, as always. They installed new gutters, gutters guards, and downspouts around the entire perimeter of our house.
