Grande Decor

The price seems high but they use top quality stuff so you got pay for it.

I could not be any happier with the work done by Grande Decor if I wanted to be!  Joe and Steph not only did an amazing job, but they did it within budget and delivered on time (under a VERY tight timeline!!).     I contacted Joe and Steph in the early part of March asking for a kitchen renovation to be complete by the end of May, in time for my son's graduation.  I just 3 short months, they were able to design the new kitchen, demolish the old kitchen (including taking down an entire load-bearing wall and adding in new support), guide us step-by-step through the process of selecting cabinets, counter tops, tile and backsplash, a stove hood, fixtures, etc. and put it all together (including a new plaster ceiling, painting, etc.  They brought in, coordinated timings and managed all subcontractors (plumbing, electricians, tile layers, etc) that they selected and worked flexibly with the subcontractors that we selected (ceiling plasterer and floor refinisher).  They were pragmatic and realistic with us all along and, with the focus on OUR self-imposed deadline, were very honest with us about how any tweaks we wanted to make would impact their ability to deliver on time.  In other words, they did NOT over-promise and under-deliver.  
Steph has a great eye for design and pulling things together.  She patiently worked with us in the design phase as we made change after change to the layout options she provided.  She was logical and methodical in her approach to walking us through the cabinet, countertop, fixture, etc. selection process.  She would meet with use weekly (more often if we wanted) to look at various options she found and look at options that we uncovered.  She really took the time to listen to us and hear what we were looking for and searched diligently to find options that met our specifications.  She never disappointed.  The end result is spectacular!!!!
I was extremely comfortable with Joe at the helm.  He knows his stuff, as was evident by the meticulous schedule of events that he put together at the outset of the project.  He knew every single step that was needed in the process and he mapped it out in a schedule.  This schedule detailed every single event in sequence and he never missed a single beat in sticking to that schedule.  Even when the 'floor guy' that my husband and I selected fell behind on his schedule, Joe found a way to work with him to allow him to get his work done without impacting the end-of-May delivery date.  
Beyond their extreme professionalism, I can not say enough about how much I enjoyed getting to know Joe and Steph.  They are both personable and pleasant and every single subcontractor they brought into our home was the same way.  
I would highly, highly recommend Grande Decor to anyone looking for a kitchen re-do!!  By the way, we are repeat customers, as Joe also re-did one of our bathrooms.  Our experience with that project was a large driver behind our decision to use Grande Decor for this project.  I am so glad we did!!

Grande Decor is a shining example of how a remodeling company should function!  Stephanie and Joe worked together beautifully to design, manage, and implement the project, from beginning to end.  They were responsive and friendly, and very up front about the entire process.  They were thorough about documenting everything, and always made sure we were on the same page before proceeding with any changes.  Stephanie's enthusiasm made the design process so much fun.  She had great ideas and a wonderful sense of style and color.  She quickly figured out what style we liked, and all of her suggestions were excellent!  We could tell she put a lot of time and effort into her research to find just the right faucets, light fixtures, etc. for us to choose from.  When the renovation actually started, we were so impressed with how smoothly and quickly it went.  Joe was here every single day, doing most of the work himself, or supervising when he had others here doing work.  He was meticulous and careful, and made sure to minimize the inconvenience to us as much as possible.  He cleaned up the project area at the end of every day, and moved all of the supplies/equipment aside so that nothing was in the way.  Every time something unexpected came up, he and Stephanie worked together to devise a sensible (yet stylish!) solution that was sensitive to our budget constraints.  We could not be happier with our kitchen or with how the renovation process went.  We highly recommend Grande Decor to anyone who wants to get their project done quickly, painlessly, and correctly, and end up with a beautifully finished room!
