Home Inspection
Well the problem was they made our buyer nervous by telling them things that were misleading and inaccurate. He had told my husband and the buyer that he knew nothing about cedar shake roofing but then when he did a report he acted like he was a expert in it, giving the buyer incorrect information and actually stating that the roof had came to it life's term. This in return caused weeks worth additional inspections and additional costs. Once cedar roofing experts were hired their reports stated that the first report's information was inaccurate and misleading. The sale of the house did end up going through but this misleading report cost 22,000 in the end. Sellers be aware of your who you hire.
