Concrete Repair
Described above. During the pouring, the concrete truck cracked our sidewalk. Nothing was done to fix it. The city made us repair it recently. The patio was a disappointment because it was supposed to prevent leaks into the basement. Now, water cascades in during a rainstorm. Six cracks developed in the concrete, and I have requested that they fix them, as they initially said they would, but they have not. In recent months the surface has begun to spall (i.e., disintegrate) and it looks bad. Initially, they said they would have to return in 18 months to re-coat the surface. I mentioned this, and the other things, in several e-mails--I have copies of some of them--but no response.
