They are responsive, the price is good and they told me that i should get a fence installed 2 -4 weeks from now.

They were very accommodating and always informed us of the timeline and any changes ahead of time. They were very respectful to our property and overall great people!

Tri State was a great company to work with.  I appreciated the fact that Tri State is a family owned business, just wasn't impressed with the other companies I had contacted for estimates.  The fencing was installed in the dead of winter, despite the cold, the workers  never stopped...just kept on working.  I almost had to take them by the hand to bring them inside to warm them up. (it was bitter cold)  They were punctual, cheerful, friendly, professional and answered many of my questions.  I would give this company a 10 star rating if there is such a thing.!   I would definitely hire them again.  Great job Wayne, and guys,  it looks really nice.

We called around for several companies to come and give us estimates. From having different people come, we became clearer on where we actually wanted the fence to go, which required having the company reps come out again to re-measure and re-estimate for us. Also, we had to apply for a permit to put in a fence and to be clear on boundaries, we had a survey done and needed the proposed fence marked on a copy of the survey for the permitting process. This all ended up taking several months to complete, having started in October. Wayne was polite, responsive and patient with our process. Their price was considerably better than one of the other companies and right on mark with the other. We liked Wayne and the fact that he was the owner. Unlike other companies, he actually had installed fences not just measured for them,, so that gave us extra confidence in his abilities to have the fence appear as we all discussed. Also, Wayne had come recommended from a work colleague who had just had Wayne install a fence for them (albeit an iron one). We also liked that Wayne's is a family business because his son was the one who worked with and managed the installation of the fence with their usual work crew. Wayne had told us ahead of time that he would come by the first day to make sure placement was as we had agreed, which he did and all was fine. We wanted the fence put in before winter and by then we were looking at installation in very late November/early December. Wayne made it happen in early December. His crew worked fast and efficiently. My husband was there to meet with Wayne the first day and be clear about placement. The remainder of the work was completed while we were away for an early holiday family trip. When we came back the fence was completed, all was picked up (dirt was placed where requested) and it just looked super.

Wayne gave us a follow-up call when he knew we would be home, just be sure we were happy with the fence, which we were. It's now months later and we're still getting compliments on how great it looks. Thank you so much, Wayne!

I liked the gentleman named Wayne, I think he is the owner, he was very pleasant and he was very easy to work with. The price was very good. He was knowledgeable. He made sure we understood what he did. Their bricks were very reasonable. I think the fence costs us $15000. Someone had damaged our fence, so we asked Wayne about it and he came out and repaired it. He charged us only $100 for it, and I thought it was very reasonable. He is quick on the spot, and good at repairing. I was very impressed the way he handled it. I will use him in the future, I have got some things planned and he is going come out and look at it this spring.
