From start to 90% finished, I was really content with the work they were doing and would recommend them to someone looking for affordable outdoor work. I think my only complaint would be that they didnâ t finish the last 5-10% of work. Either way, the remaining work is pretty minor so if you donâ t mind that then Iâ d definitely recommend going with them.

Exterior Surfaces - Powerwashing
I hired Osborne's to repave the driveway, clean windows, and pressure wash the siding on our house. The rep came out and very quickly did an assessment of the costs and got back with us about a date. The quote for the job was done quickly and it appears that there was some miscommunication. I wanted the driveway to be repaired and then repaved. I truly thought that it was agreed upon for the quoted price but when they finished repaving, they told me that what was quoted was not for a repair. I was ok with this as I thought we had an honest communication mistake. The window washing efforts were very poorly done. They missed some windows, and I had follow them around having to ask that parts of the cleaning be redone. I still see so many dirty spots and streaks every time I look out of some of the windows-maddening. The real issues, however, are related to the workers. When I questioned the driveway repair issue, the worker I asked got very angry and combative. In truth, his demeanor and attitude frightened me. When the team left, the one man was very angry about something, yelled and cursed in my front yard, yanked his sign up and sped away. I really don't know what happened but they were at least, unprofessional, and at most, volatile. I felt very uncomfortable with the staff. To add insult to injury, they were supposed to return to do the driveway repair but never showed. I do not recommend this company.

Osborne's rep came and scheduled a date to begin work on garden maintenance, at an agreed upon rate. They scheduled an appointment to begin work, called to postpone it 2 days, and then never showed up again. Basically, they ghosted us with no explanation after agreeing to come out and do the work on a specific day. I unreservedly do not recommend them. Don't waste your time. Too bad, because we were about to talk to them about other work we needed to have done, including driveway resealing and a deck in the back.

As college students moving into a new home, it can be hard to find services for an affordable price. Osborneâ s Professional Service was not only exceptional with the work they completed but were a very easy group to work with as well when it came to scheduling, pricing and more. I canâ t thank them enough for making our move in process so much easier! Definitely look forward to further services with them.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. They did a fantastic job with a large 15 yard mulch project and we will also be using their bi-weekly mowing service. They are very professional and easy to deal with. Very nice guys!
