This company repeatly does not let you know a head of time when they are coming. I need to be here when they come, and no one will contact you. It is all YOUR responsibility to contact them if you miss them. I need them to come in to set traps for mice, but I continually ask them to call, they don't. They say they will send a card, I have never gotten one in the last two years.
They also show up on Saturday's around 4:00 PM. Not good when you are having a party. I would NEVER DEAL with them again.
The price is crazy for the service they provide as well. Can't even get them on the line to cancel. Had to go through the major company to get someone to pick up the line.

He came back a week later and found the trapped mouse and throught this was an only one. So far so good. I am glad that I chose this company for thier services.

I have been service with Western for 19 years. I've had the same guy come out to my house for 15 years. He really knows what I expect of him. He is really nice. I trust him a lot. They also, provide service that uses non-toxic chemicals that are safe to animals and children.

THEY SPRAYED THE WHOLE HOUSE FOR FLEAS, THEY SAID TO KEEP THE ANIMALS OUT OF THE HOUSE FOR AT LEAST 5 HOURS. MY DOGS WERE STILL SCRATCHING FROM THE FLEAS THE NEXT DAY. I CALLED THE COMPANY THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 10 DAYS TO SEE RESULTS. TO THIS DAY I STILL HAVE FLEAS. I HAVE PAID THE COMPANY $190 AND I PAID ANOTHER $190 BUT CANCELED THE CHECK BECAUSE I STILL HAD FLEAS IN MY HOUSE. I FEEL I SHOULD GET MY MONEY BACK IN FULL. ADDITIONALLY I HAD BOARDING FEE OF $201 TO KEEP THE ANIMALS OUT OF THE HOUSE WHILE THEY SPRAYED.
