From the estimating process through the actual install, I found James to be very forthright, professional and friendly. He took the time to share his knowledge of the product and what to expect in my particular application and I appreciate the way he does business. I agree with one of the other reviews he is a very nice guy.

James Parker was kind, respectful, informative and thorough. He made recommendations on items needing work right away and on items that could wait. He was willing to work within my budget. And he is such a nice guy!! Parker Contracting is the only company that will be working on my home go forward.

One of the best experiences I ever had hiring someone to do work for me. I called Mr. Parker on a Monday, he came out the same day to look at my roof. By Wednesday my roof was done. He had given me a price on Monday which was the same on Wednesday. Had some extra work done on the chimney which I knew needed work and the price was reasonable and he did it that same day. He was polite, cleaned up everything and just a lovely young man. He wanted to pay for my hose which blew up on him. The hose was on its last leg and he was going to take off fifty Dollars for it. Mr. James Parker arrived on time and gave a verbal estimate and also gave us a time that it would be completed. I think estimates should be documented. The job was done at the specified time. What I wasn't to happy about is that he was not accepting credit cards but all in all he was professional. So far we are happy with the leaf guards. Yes we recommend Parker Contracting Services.

James sealed several vents / pipes and repaired a portion of my roof. He presented himself in a knowledgeable and trustworthy manner. Also, he provided a detailed invoice clearly explaining work to be done. He was able to complete work timely while I was out of town. Finally, he identified an issue with pitch in roof and resolved it without any additional cost. I would highly recommend Parker Contracting.

Did not explain how much the gaskets were for the vent pipes. Took advantage of the price. Females and seniors beware. I will never allow him back on my property.

The estimate and work were done on time and carried out in an efficient manner. James was delightful to work with and he identified issues with my roof which were not, heretofore known to me. I had a very positive experience and would certainly invite others to get acquainted with Mr. Parker

After several fails with other contractors, I was immediately taken by Jim's responsiveness. He answered calls, kept appointments, provided written estimates which did not change when the work was done, sent images of the before and after work and even added some extra effort that is indicative of a level of craftsmanship and concern I have not see in a while. I would highly recommend him and my satisfaction is 100%.

I would hire them again for my next roofing job.
