"Had I seen this earlier, I would have made it clear that this review is not fully correct. I immediatly scheduled a time to come back to the customers home to re-clean the burners on his stove. The "dirtiness" mentioned was actual BURNT on stains. I spent an extra 30 minutes scrubbing them with every cleaning item at my disposal. I do apologize again that you were unhappy with the service.We have minimal complaints and work very hard to make sure every customer is satisfied."
