Steve is efficient and the end product is very good.  He was quick to provide a verbal estimate, but a little slow getting the official estimate.  In the end, though, the official estimate matched the verbal and the final cost was where he said it would be.  We'd use his services again.

Steve did all the excavation, piping and plumbing. He was professional and very easy to deal with. All excavations were tamped, power raked and seeded. I was so pleased with his work on the sewer hookup, I asked him to do the addional work of putting top soil and seed on a large expanse of my yard that was torn up when the county put the sewer in several months ago. The county hired contractors put a very thin layer of rocky non-sifted topsoil and contractors mix seed which had my whole front yard looking horrible even months later. Steve put much higher quality sifted topsoil on top, after cleaning up (with his power rake) all the rocks the previous contractor left and seeded everything again with a much higher quality seed. After seeding everything was strawed. I was very happy with both the quality of his work and the ease of doing business with him. I am also happy with the price for both jobs. He and at least one other person were at my house for 5 days, and most of the time at least one person was operating a backhoe or bobcat due to the amount of work that needed to be done.
