T.K. Heating & Cooling

My wife and I asked 4 service providers to bid.  We should have called TK first - we almost didn't do the project as the others were expensive and dismissive about our concerns and questions.  
Ted Kachline distinguished himself immediately. He asked smart questions and helped us understand key decision points and options to consider.  His bid was detailed, prompt and very easy to understand.  His price was the most competitive and his design ensures lower operting costs and total cost of ownership.    
Ted worked quickly and was very clean.  He kept every promise.  He showed up on time (every time) and was available and responsive to our phone calls. We asked for additional equipment and a price to install 2 bathroom fans.  His price was very reasonable.  He built our business relationship with honesty, sound insight and competence.  We highly recommend his company and look forward to enjoying our new system for years to come.

Went great!  Ted came over and performed a thorough evaluation of our home and its A/C needs.  His price was the lowest but the quality of work performed was the highest.  My wife and I do a lot of our own home improvements and I feel that makes us picky when it comes to what we expect from a contractor.  Everything is clean, looks great and most important works great.  He was timely and finished the job in one day.  I will be recommending him to friends and family.
