Appliance Repair
He did not show up. I was home all day from work. I called the warranty agency and he would not answer for them either. Do not use him!

Obviously, Golas just wanted to make a quick $100.00 by doing an easy diagnostic service call and he never intended to come back to put parts in and finish the job but didn't tell us that, he just left us hanging with 2 expensive parts and a broken washer!  We ended up calling somebody else for help.
Golas Appliance service is the WORST repair service I have ever dealt with.  He didn't even have the courtesy to call us back after we got the parts plus we had paid for expedited shipping which was more money.  We intend to report him to the appliance manufacturer who recommended him and tell them what happened and that they should stop referring him to their unsuspecting customers!
Stay far away from Golas Appliance service, they are a rip-off, didn't help us and made the whole problem worse and more expensive!

They came and evaluated the situation and told me that I needed a part and that they would order it. On 4/24/13, after weeks of calling and not getting any response, they told us that the part was on back order. After that, I still did not hear anything back from them and finally had to go with another company to do the work. On 5/15/13, I received a charged my card of $100 for the estimate.
