He showed up on time as scheduled and did a great job on the tile work, tub, toilet, etc. He cleaned up behind himself.
However, the taped joints of the new wall board, where the wall meets the ceiling and corners where wall meets wall, was a sloppy job and looks like one long bubble around the perimeter of the ceiling and the tape is lifting where wall meets wall. I think his assistant did that part of the work. I did not notice right away. When I called him back to look at the problem with the work done he said he would return to make it right. He never did return.

I had a furniture delivery where the delivery persons knocked off a couple of bricks off a wall at the entrance of my home. The project was so small I was concerned that I would not be able to fine someone to do the work. The HOA recommended the contractor. I am very happy with the quality of work and appreciative of them willing to do such a small project.

Nelson was quick to respond to my call and the work was scheduled promptly. He arrived when promised and made the repair. No water has penetrated since the work was completed.
