Rich checked out our central air and heat pump. Both are about 20 years old. He seemed to know what he was talking about and advised us on what needed work and what didn't. He gave us options on whether we wanted to have any repairs done, but we felt we weren't being pushed to repair things that did not need urgent attention. The AC needed some freon so we charged that. In the end he gave us a break on the service call. We have this service done about once a year and this was pretty smooth compare to other companies, easy to schedule, and they were on time and came same day that we called. They have the funkiest answering system too.

I called Rich to ask his advice on heating and airconditioning a 3 season room. I have been unable to use this room in anything but mild weather.He responded immediately and came out within a day or 2 of my request. He advised me to install a Fujitsu heating and cooling system, came out promptly, installed the unit, and cleaned up in one day. He showed my husband and I how to use the unit. It works beautifully and is exactly what the room needed. Rich was very professional and amicable. It was really nice dealing with him.
