Very professional and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. Roof replacement completed in one day. Great customer service- always returned my calls and answered all questions in a professional manner. Showed me pictures of damage under the old shingles so I could make an informed decision. Very fair pricing and he worked with me every step of the way. Definitely would recommend him, especially for emergency work and whether or not you're governed by a HOA.

Spoke to 'Stu', who expressed interest in establishing relationship w/new customer. I also am looking for that; I like to have contacts that I know & trust & value. He was very quick in getting me a written estimate & gave me his best price. Far better than competitor. Work took place few days later. Guys were efficient, did very nice work & cleaned up EVERY scrap of trash. No sign they had been there except for new, perfect gutters. Now - Stu is working up an estimate for a roof to be done in near future. Very very happy to have found J&S and will be using their services again.

Very bad. I feel that I was ripped me off and wouldn't listen to me when I told him he was not putting the tarp where it needed to be. Would not use him nor would I recommend him.

"We received an emergency call to tarp a roof from this customer. We met with her at the property within one hour from her original call. She showed us the leak and we tarped the area as she observed. Not a single comment about anything wrong. She paid us by check and we left. A few days later this testimonial came through. We did not receive a single phone call, she did not stop payment on the check, nor did she return a single call when we tried numerous times to reach her. We then spoke with a representative at Home Advisor. We explained our situation and they made attempts to reach the customer too. They were unable to justify the review and removed it from our ratings. Now for some reason almost a year later, Home Advisor brought this review back again. We tried to reach Home Advisor again. It took us several phone calls to get in touch with someone. And once we spoke to a woman who claimed to be the supervisor, she was rude and said that she could remove it but she wont. When we asked to speak to a different supervisor the woman refused. I am starting to become increasingly suspicious of Home Advisor and the way that they operate. Review aside, which was obviously from either a competitor or a friend of a competitor because it makes absolutely no sense, why would Home Advisor remove it for a year and then put it back on. I will continue to reach someone to make this right."

J&S did a great job for me. Job was completed without a hitch. Roof looks great, cleanup was awesome, Stu was a pleasure to deal with. The only negative I could come up with was I had asked for a hard copy of the warranty because I don't have access to a printer for the Email copy Heather had sent. Besides this small issue I can say I would recommend J@S to anyone in need of roofing work.

Upon arrival, Shawn was not only very thorough and a good listener but he walked the entire roof as well as inside my house and explained everything in clear detail about what needed to be done to repair my leak in the family room. He was not pushy or aggressive rather he took his time with everything and made sure that I understood everything that he said. He and his partner arrived the next day for the roofing job and the gutter installation (which was added at a substantial discount) on time and from what I see so far, they did a wonderful job. That said, I would definitely recommend their services and use them in the future if necessary (hopefully not!!!)

I noticed a leak in my roof on Wednesday morning and immediately went out on homeadvisor and looked for a roofer. I saw J&S as one of the companies recommended, saw their 5 star rating and read their reviews. I reached out and Stu called me immediately and was out the next day to diagnose the problem. We scheduled the repair on Saturday morning. Shawn was right on time, explained what he was doing, and fixed the roof in less than 2 hours. Stu came to follow up to make sure everything was done to my liking. J&S were prompt, fast, clean, and very fair price wise. Highly recommend J&S! Great Job!

I very highly recommend. I called for some needed gutter repair and replacement. Stu showed up the same day, gave me a great price much lower than others. Guys showed up early Saturday morning two days later and did a terrific job with the work. Far exceeded my expectations.

He worked with me to resolve all the questions I had and his price was very fair. The crew was there on time each morning and the quality of work was also first rate.
