The entire process was a nightmare... the broker did not bring one potential buyer through my house, I did the work chasing documentation through my township in order to sell after finding what was needed on my own, etc. Very unprofessional and frustrating process start to finish. Would NOT recommend the broker I dealt with from this company!

My mother suffered a sudden and traumatic brain injury. The time had come to sell her house. It was an emotional and difficult time, to say the least. Stacy Stier was professional, knowledgeable, and sensitive to the extremely tumultuous event that we were experiencing. She knew who would have an interest in the house and immediately began working. The house sold almost immediately and for more than we expected to receive. As a point of fact, we had a buyer within the same week it was placed on the market. Stacy Stier was invaluable to us throughout that process. If I ever find myself in the position of selling another home, or buying a new one, I will be calling this company without even a second thought.
