"Hi its steve this is the kind of customer that we like working for, we try to do the work at the customers convenience if we can, there are customers that would like us to come after hours but they do not want to pay the overtime rate, someone must. but certain holidays we work on straight time so we can do the jobs with out charging overtime. Thanks Steve BDS Services."
"Hi member nice try to hide your name, you were not so easy your self as you know, but you did'nt have your home inspector check your 3rd floor bath room becuse you had no running water, thats why you had all the problems and we thing you bought the house as is and thought you could get all of it fixed under the home warranty, I was'nt going to get caught up in your problem!!!!!!. And you though dan did bad work, we fixed the problem, the second problem came when you started to demo the bath room breaking up the tile on the floor and smashed the pipe!!!!!. I hope the plumber who did the repair took out a permit. The permit costs money to go into the city of phila. to apply for Cost of the permit,Parking, my time as a master plumber to go get it. nothing is for nothing."
"Hi I' am Steve, We do not come to repair an under the slab leak without seeing the job first, if you knew where the leak was maybe you should be a plumber ! but we needed to look first I only have 38 years exp. but all kidding aside, You have to see it so you know what to expect when sending a crew, the pictures were bad so they did'nt help. We had to remove the concrete to get to the pipe to see where the problem was we found it., the saw dave had to cut the concrete stopped working and we went to rent a saw to cut the concrete, we could have broken it up with a chipper hammer but your concrete guy would have charged you a arm & 2 Legs to repair. the schedule runs from 9-1 or 12-5 so noone told you 9 am. and we got the work order on 4-5-2010 and when to the job on 4-6-2010 and completed the repair on 4-12-2010 I think thats a great response time, were not just sitting around. Now the delay was the warranty company approval for the work without that I don't get paid, and they needed you to responsed and okay the job before they auth it to me, i don't know when you responsed to them, they don't just pull the trigger on under the slap leaks, and the reason they knew notting about the schedule for you is it did'nt get that far because it was'nt approved yet. If you were not happy with us you could have had a cash out and you could have your own plumber do this job. I have no record of your problem. If you shill have a problem please call me thank you."
