What makes us unique is that we always either answer the phone right away or we call you right back which I personally think is very important. Another core tenet of ours is that we treat our customers like family. Most of the time when people need a plumber they are upset. The first thing we do is calm them down if need be and assure them that they have made the right call. At times, our customers laugh at us because we help them over the phone and oftentimes talk ourselves out of work. We figure that what goes around comes around and that you can never generate enough good will. We are in business to stay in business and as such we do have a service charge but we do NOT charge a weekend premium like many of our competitors. We try to be fair to all of our extended family.
