EDS provides 24 hour emergency service - 365 days a year. We work with all major insurance carriers. Our employees are trained to handle all types of property disasters.

"It is unfortunate that your roof leak was not covered by your insurance policy. Our findings as to the cause of the leak showed it was due to an animal that had chewed a hole in the roof. It would be unethical, not to mention fraudulent, for EDS to provide your insurance company different information. The claim payment therefore is between you and your insurance company and is based on the policy you chose with them - having nothing to do with EDS.
