Doug Shaffer came, gave an estimate, and performed the work that was to be done. Since this is a second home ( a townhouse at 7 Springs), Doug got a key from the Association Office and did the work when I was not present. The next time I went to the townhouse the work was completed, the areas where he worked were clean and the work was outstanding.
Doug Shaffer is honest, trustworthy, professional, meticulous and his services are reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.
