I am not paying a service fee for them to come out and address my problem. I will fix it myself...
Description of Work: I ordered granite counters, tile flooring and paint for my kitchen in the late spring early summer of 2017. Before the holidays, I saw the counter and back splash seam was open. The caulking split. I spoke to the owner who said it would cost me a$75 service charge to fix it and it’s common for settling to occur. I told him I didn’t think it should be an extra out of pocket cost!
