The work was done as promised, The crew was very careful to cover carpeting and other items to protect from dust. The system seems to be working. I have only 2 concerns. The sump pump output exits my home at ground level, which may be a problem during periods of snow melt, as water may reenter my home through that hole. The cement covering the system in the floor is incredibly thin. Nailing or drilling into such thin cement when finishing the basement afterwards does not seem possible without damaging the cement.

Concrete Foundation Repair
Brought in ITG to look at cracked concrete slab under a porch and the gentleman who came was knowledgeable and honest. He described how the crack happened and instead of talking us into having it repaired, he explained why repairing it may not be the best option. He had OUR interests in mind rather than just grabbing money! Honesty, what a refreshing experience that was! I'll call these guys any time I have concrete work to do.

They found water main from street to be leaking when starting their job. Stopped their work until plumber was able to fix problem and have state inspect (2 work days). Returned and finished project with no additional cost to me.

MY BASEMENT IS WORSE THAN BEFORE WE HAD THIS WORK DONE!!!!!! BEFORE MY WALLS WOULD GET WET A LITTLE WHEN IT RAINED AND THEN WOULD DRY OUR. NOW WE HAVE WET WALLS ALL THE TIME AND I HAVE A WHITE POWDER ON MY FLOOR THAT LOOKS LIKE SNOW. I HAVE TAKEN PICTURES AND PLAN TO CONTACT THE CONTRACTOR TONIGHT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRO AND WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THEIR POOR WORK. I ALSO NOTICED THAT THEY ADVERTISE THEY ARE MEMBERS OF THE BBB, BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO LOCATE THEM ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU'S WEBSITE.

We do thousands of jobs a year and we address any service issues in a timely manor, but we cannot fix a problem that we are not aware of. The customer never made us aware of any issues with the work that we did for them. So, it is impossible to fix their problem if they do not let us know they are having. They were very accomodating to what I needed to have done. The on-sight visit was enlightening. All the men involved were very professional. Because of the nature of the job, other companies could not provide the work I needed. Therefore, I have no one to compare ITG with to know if, indeed, they did the correct work at the right price. The only concern I have now is that I was told it would be best to tighten the bolts used to secure the walls. I have neither the tools or the expertise to do so. I would have appreciated having this as part of the contract.

This contractor exceeded my expectations. They did a high quality job and provided a few finishing touches that I did not expect. The sunroom blends well with the original construction. The crew was polite and easy to deal with. I had a small punch-list at the end of the job and they completed all on that list within 24 hours after I furnished it.
