Junk King Pittsburgh

It was a very easy transaction and I would use them again.  I had about a third of a garage full of cabinet pieces and they came on time and picked everything up.

On time. Very professional. Efficient. Good guys.

This is the second review I'm writing for my second transaction. Normally, I wouldn't write a second review, but because this transaction was equally as easy as the first, I'm compelled to review again. I deal with a lot of contractors doing a lot of different things. Getting the garbage removed by Junk King has been by far the easiest step in the reno process.
Scheduling is easy. I can pay for the service and pick out the days and times on-line. Then, I get a confirmation via e-mail. I've never had them try to give me a time outside of what I picked, and they get here when they say will. 
The guys who did the work were polite, professional, and never complain. I showed them what needs taken and where it is, and they took care of it. They swept the driveway too. No problems.
I should also note that this service is comparably priced to Bagster especially once you get to 2 or more Bagsters. With these guys, however, you don't need to take everything out of the house and make it fit into a container. They do the work for you. Now, I keep a Bagster on hand to fill up and be picked up by Junk King.

After spending 3 days tearing apart and replacing our roof, we were exhausted. Our yard was completely impassable from and the broken wood, shingles, nails, etc and we had zero energy left to clean it up. My husband called Junk King on Monday to schedule them to come out and clean up our yard and also to clean out our garage, which had accumulated about 10 years worth of junk in it. They sent out two of their guys first thing Tues morning and got every bit of it cleaned up in about an hour or so. Not only did they take all the large construction materials but they had shovels and rakes to clean up the small scraps and nails and whatnot. And then they completely cleaned out our garage and took every scrap of junk out of it. I'm so glad we made the choice to get someone else to clean it up, we never would have gotten it done as well as they did. I highly recommend them for any clean out project.

Same day service, and four guys got it done quick. Took care around newly seeded lawn and new fence. Diligent and honest, fair price. Cleaned up everything too. Very very professional. Absolutely recommend!

Perfect! Very responsive responding after I purchased a deal from Angie's List and scheduled that week. The personnel were very friendly and showed up when they said they would. They called to confirm that they were running behind schedule, but that was fine....at least they called! They will donate to Restore or other facility things they can and dispose of the rest. Will use again!

The customer service on the phone was great and they were able to schedule me for the day after I called.  The pickup team was well within the 2 hour time window they gave me and called when they were 10-15 minutes out to let me know they were on the way.  Jeff and the other associate were polite and professional.  They even pointed out a fuse that had come loose and suggested I try to reconnect it to make sure that wasn't the reason the fridge wasn't working before they hauled it away.  All in all, a great experience.  I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

I can't praise the work these guys did enough. I was able to schedule a visit by them within a few days of my initial contact, and they arrived first thing in the morning as scheduled. The two men who hauled all of my junk worked very quickly, were friendly and affable, and they cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly. They even raked out my gravel driveway where their heavy-duty truck had made ruts in the gravel when they drove onto our lot. Our yard looks the best it has in years!
Also, even though there ended up being more stuff to haul than the lead worker had originally thought, he still stuck by his initial estimate for the pricing. If you need to have junk hauled off your lot, definitely consider Junk King. They're professional, quick, and reasonably priced.

The online booking service was simple and efficient. They gave a 2 hour window but called when they were on their way. They were friendly and efficient and even swept out the garage when they finished. On the downside, it was a bit more expensive than I expected, although I did not use the Angie's List coupon. Also, their website takes pride in their focus on recycling, but I did not have the impression they were going to actually sort and donate, recycle, etc.

Ed responded to several Angie's List messages and gave me an estimate over the phone. We set an appointment and his guys had the bushes removed by the time I got home from work. They even stuck to their original quote when the job turned out to be bigger and more complicated than expected. it couldn't have gone more smoothly!

It went very well. They were in and out. There were additional charges but there were extra additional stuff that we had. It took them 30 minutes. The quality is good.

They came and emptied out all my junk form the garage and it was great. They did a great job.

I bought a total fixer-upper, and had already filled a 12 cubic yard dumpster.  There was a lot more construction debris and garbage than I planned for.  I bought a deal on Angies list with Junk King to have them remove 9 cubic yards of the remaining debris, but it turned out to be double.  I had to pay more, but it was worth it to have it gone.  They worked really hard, and in 5 degree temperatures - it was freezing outside.  They were very kind and pleasant to deal with.  I would definitely use them again.

The gentlemen showed up on time even in an ice storm. They called me when they were heading on their way. They were professional, friendly and very thorough. I will definitely use them again in the future. I liked that they were going to try to recycle any items they could before it went to the junk pile.
