Called Junk King and they scheduled a 2 hour window for service just a few days later. As promised they called to give me a 15 minute notice of their arrival. Upon arrival, they were able to get the job done quickly. They answered any questions I had. There were no surprises. Everything went as I was told to expect.

They recycle as much as they can. So the metals would get recycled. The asked me to be sure I didn't want a few tiles to fix broken ones. Did a thorough job. Prices were good.

I wanted to get rid of my old furniture to make way for new furniture and couldn't be certain that the garbage collectors would actually take my stuff. So I found a deal on Angie's List. It was simple to schedule the service. I had scheduled it and several other errands for the Friday after Thanksgiving. My Junk King appointment was for late afternoon. They called me that morning and said they had had a few cancellations, and could they come early. This worked out perfectly for my busy day. They were in and out in about 10 minutes. Best of all, the truck was not enormous. So they had no trouble on my very narrow, hilly street. It was a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

The truck arrived promptly, along with two workers from the company. They were both very polite, and took the time to fully understand the junk that we needed to have removed. They also explained what they could and could not take, but offered to stack/move all the non-haul items in one place for us to dispose of later.
The entire process took about an hour, and we ended up filling more than the 1/2 truck we paid for. Still, there wasn't any additional charge, and they were kind enough to clean up after themselves. I would definitely call again in the future.
