GLENN'S APPLIANCE SERVICE

He did satisfactory work, he always does.  He knows his stuff when it comes to appliances.  He seems to be very knowledgeable, he has a wide range of knowledge and a lot of years of experience when it comes to appliances.  He seems to charge reasonable fees but I don't have anything to compare to.  It's hard to find anyone who does appliance repair.  Getting a call back can be difficult but he is there when he says he will be.  I think he is just busy.

Ordered part. Came back within few days and finished repair.

Glenn was very accomodating as far as scheduling. He was very willing to work around my schedule which was a great help. On the first visit, he called his parts supplier and gave me a price for the part on the spot so that there would be no suprises. On the second visit when the old pump was removed for replacement it was discovered that it was only a chicken bone stuck in the impeller. Chicken bone removed, pump worked. No charge for the part of course, and only paid for his time. Very personable and a pleasure to do business with. I will use Glenn again without hesitation.

Glenn has done work for us before. As usual, he always returns our call. This time though, there was a sudden change in our schedule and we were not able to be home at the appointed time, probably inconveniencing him. Glenn very politely called to let us know he would be available if we needed to schedule another time. We did so, within a day. Glenn arrived on time and diagnosed and completed the repair quickly. Admittedly, this was an easy one, but as I said, Glenn has done work for us before and he is always prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He is very happy to answer any questions and isn't bothered at all by the dog and the curious grandchildren.
