Pat was able to repair my A/C the same day as the call for service. He evaluated the problem and gave me a written estimate before starting any work and explained the repair options clearly. He was very professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to use his services as necessary in the future

Very pleased with service, professionalism. All my questions were answered so that I could understand since a heat pump system is new to me. Pricing seemed very fair @ $75 for regular service call. The tech wore booties on his shoes when he entered the house. Have additional repair to be done and will now use this company for regular annual maintenance of the system. On the hottest day so far this year, my 9 month pregnant wife and I realized our AC was not working. So we quickly checked Angie’s List and gave Pat a call from PSD Heating & Cooling around 8am. I’m writing this review at 3pm same day and my house is back to a cool 70 degrees thanks to Pat’s timely response and ability to maneuver his calendar to fit me in. He was professional, asked if I wanted to learn a thing or two about my system and when I said yes he was super informative! He provided some helpful tips that my wife and I are definitely going to implement. My system is beyond its life expectancy and I know I’ll be working with Pat / PSD Heating & Cooling when it comes time to replace. I now have my HVAC guy thanks to another great find on Angie’s List!!

Pat came out and performed servicing on our system and we additionally had him add a humidifier to the system. He was very responsive, professional, courteous and punctual. My central air system was installed around the time the dinosaurs died off. Pat could have easily made the pitch for a replacement system but knew we couldn’t afford one. Instead,He comes once a year to keep our condenser purring like a kitten! As a result, our home stays nice and cool during the hot summer months! My heater stopped working. I called another reputable company out and the tech wanted to sell me a whole new system. I wanted a second opinion. I called PSD and Pat was here in a few hours and diagnosed the problem. He explained it was only the blower motor. It was up and running in less than 2 hours. He is very courteous and conscientious of other peoples property. He treats it like it was his own home. Will definately use him for service from now on.
