Description of Work: I've hired Lance two different times: first, to replace a falling apart deck, and second, to rip out a deck and pour a concrete patio. Both times Lance was very reliable and did outstanding work. I get many compliments on both jobs. He also thinks the job through and suggests improvements which take the project to the next level. And beyond that, he is pleasant to work with and does what he said he would. I recommend him highly.

+ 0 moreHe is the most honest construction worker I have ever used. He always shows up. He is reasonably priced and he goes above and beyond what you would expect. He communicates well with me and asks your thoughts on the project. He uses good quality materials and checks to make sure he is meeting all town specs.
Description of Work: Lance Tersigni is building an upper level deck and pouring concrete at our home. He is also building a porch.
