Mr. Terry Everetts is obviously proud of his reputation in the community and the team that he has working with him. I am happy to say that he has every right to be.

I sent out a few emails to HVAC contractors via Angies list at around 1:20am Sunday morning,  He responded in less than 20 minuets when I wasn't expecting any response from anyone until Monday.

We spoke on the phone and after explaining both my concerns with my unit and my work schedule. He was able to accommodate us with a weekend appointment. Through the week, Terry was available to answer questions and tweek the appointment time based on my needs.

During the initial consultation he was patient with our questions, explained options. We explained that for a job this size, we would be reaching out to other contractors as well. At no time did he pressure us.

We found Everetts A/C pricing to be reasonable and just as important made us feel comfortable with having them in our home. In order to once again accommodate our schedule and with my permission his team did some prep work while we weren't home. On the day of the project the Everetts A/C Team did not just show us the utmost respect, but also respected our home. House was surrounded with snow, slush and ice. They asked us which way we wanted them to get through the house to access the basement as well as the outside unit. They then put down runners through out the interior of the house. On the rare occasion that they were going to need to go off of the runners, they first removed their shoes. Upon completion of the job, they cleaned up after themselves and removed all debris. Also made sure that we understood the features of the interactive thermostat and how to access the features remotely. 

It has been one week since the install and no issues. I have no doubt that if any issues should arise that Terry Everrts will be as responsive as he has been all along.

They have good service and are prompt. They are also very fair.

This is a long story that goes back over two years in total. Our previous system was installed when the house was built in 2003 and lasted us without issue about 7-8 years. Unfortunately the external unit died one day and two other companies I had in to look at it said the entire system needed to be replaced and would cost about $5500. I didn't have the money so I purchased some window units to get me through the summer and ran on emergency heat through the winter. When I finally had the money available I found Terry Everett while searching the web and asked him for a price. He took a look at the unit and said he could fix it for me and it would only be $1k, we went ahead and had a working system again. A few months later we had some issues with the unit under the house that turned out to be related to dust build up, so Terry offered to take it away and fix it, which he did and it was all working great again (he only charged me $500 for the repair, which seemed very cheap to me).
Unfortunately about 6 months later we had a major lightning storm in our area and the entire system died. Terry worked with me and my house insurance company to price out a complete replacement system (which he actually installed BEFORE the insurance company paid) and we now have a working system again.
I can't say enough about how good Terry has been each time I've needed him. He's been flexible with the options available and has been able to perform repairs that I doubt anyone else could have. I highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed.
