Radon level was initially 4.3pCi/L. Bruce Sr. came to give an estimate and we hired his company to install the mitigation system. They were very efficient. Price was reasonable, considering we had a crawl space. We did the retest about 3 weeks later and it is now down to less than 0.4 pCi/L.

Dan came to our house early. Very pleasant and polite. Asked where he should park his car. Listened to my concerns. Answered my questions very well. Helped me understand what he was doing. Quickly repaired our radon fan. Checked to make sure it worked and that was it! Couldn’t ask for better or more pleasant customer service. I was very very happy. Found them randomly on HomeAdvisor. I would highly recommend.

They told me what to watch out for when getting estimates from other companies. They didn’t have to do that. This saved me from being taken advantage of. I highly recommend this company.

Haven't had the product installed yet and I won't be able to answer your questions until another reading is taken. I would like to say that the service caller was "Bruce" and he was very informative, but I believe that radon is a joke. Unfortunately, I can't sell my home until the problem is fixed. Since radon is a gas, I can't tell if it still exists, without paying for another test.

On the telephone and, most importantly, in person, I found them professional and acceptable. I am uncomfortable having weird people in my house, but these guys were all right.

After they came to do their estimate, they were able to come out the following week to install the radon mitigation system. Work was done in a few hours and they only charged me for the work they did. They weren’t able to lower my sump pump to put a cover on (as they needed to break through concrete), but I was able to find and install a radon sump dome cover.
