RTE was very professional from the beginning of the process. They responded to my request within 10 minutes of the Home Advisor submission. They provided a very thorough job survey and quote. They arrived right on time and completed the installation of a radon fan to an existing passive system. They also added a view port and one way drain to the sump pump which others did not offer. Pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend.

just Awesome!. RTE was able to install an additional pipe to my basement without impacting the aesthetic with detail. It was a very tricky task to accomplish that.

Shane, our technician, came in and introduced himself right away. He told us what he was going to do, why it was necessary and how long it would take. He managed to install the Radon mitigation system in record time and there were no hidden charges. We were very impressed with his work and recommend this company highly.

Did a simple radon mitigation in my old walk-up double in Media, PA. Customer service was great at every point along the way. Estimate was free, quick, and very professional. I had to call to reschedule the installation and that was easy without any problems. On the day of the installation, the gentleman who did the work showed up exactly on time at 7:00 am and was very polite and professional. Did great work, explained what he did, and provided us with instructions for the system and how to monitor it. They provide you with a radon test kit to ensure their work is effective. No problems thus far. The system was very professionally done and is working great! Great company, would definitely hire again if I needed mitigation at another house.
