The enthusiasm of coming out to fix the drainage issue from day one was what separated Grassroots from the rest. I entered into an agreement with Kenny and Grassroots to install a french drain system out in front of our house in addition to regarding outside. Part of this work involved installing the system under an existing sidewalk. Shortly after the work was completed, the sidewalk began to settle and tilt several inches where they dug under the sidewalk. I reached out to Kenny and he ensured that he and his team would take care of it. After nine months of follow up trying to get Kenny and Grassroots to correct the work with limited to no response, I finally took Kenny and Grassroots to civil court. where a partial judgment was entered on my behalf. Almost four months later, Kenny has not provided payment for the judgment and has refused to respond to emails or text messages.
