Our air conditioner, which was installed by Winter Plumbing and heating in July of 2014, suddenly broke. The fan in the outside unit seized up. The part was under warranty. We called Winter Plumbing in the morning and they promptly came out to our house that same afternoon to assess the problem. He located the parts, procured them and was at our house installing them at 8 AM the next morning. It is very hot out and we were only inconvenienced for one day. I thought his responsiveness was exceptional. The repair was done much faster than I expected. I am very happy with his service.

Justin came to do routine service and was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I just recently moved into the home and have no prior experience with HVAC system. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was extremely patient about it, which was much appreciated since I am sure some were mundane. While servicing the unit, Justin noticed that a valve was broken and followed up with a quote and very open time frame in which he would be available to fix it. I am looking forward to him coming back to fix it and then continue servicing on a routine basis.
