organized, professional, and top-notch results
1. initial quote was delivered early and clearly listed costs--allowing for modification according to our needs and budget
2. excellent communication regarding scope of project, impact to our daily lives, and anticipated work schedule
3. encountered unanticipated problems early in project--leaking sewage from existing plumbing, for example--and these were addressed promptly and clearly; i was called and informed of options and anticipated costs; problems were quickly resolved
4. took great lengths to allow my family to comfortably continue to live in the house during renovations
5. as renovation took place, offered excellent suggestions--including certain doorway arches--to maintain historical character of home; also, had some money saving suggestions including saving some doors and windows (and crediting us accordingly)
6. when we suggested changes, we were provided with professionally prepared "change orders" describing scope of work and cost
7. outstanding craftsmanship...and a pleasure to work with...
