Paul did a reroof project for my parents in 4/19. Was supposed to have a 5 year warranty. My brother contacted Paul to let him know there was damage to some trim in the last wind storm. We were also gonna get pricing to replace the gutters. Paul was very rude and obnoxious to my brother because he was busy and had no time to talk to him let alone to come out to do any warranty work. My brother actually questioned him about honoring the warranty and Paul told him to "**** off and I don't have time for you little **** and to find someone else". Now we are stuck with a repair that we need to pay for. I would never trust this business.

Bucks County Contractors did work on our home and three years later the stone is literally crumbling off the wall. The owner Paul, ignoring our five year warranty, would not even come out to look at it and suggested we glue the stone back to the house. The work was deemed poor workmanship by our insurance company and Paul will no longer respond to us as homeowners-this was after a huge job and they are totally ignoring us as homeowners. Happy to provide any documentation and we are pursuing litigation. Please don’t trust this company with your home.

This is a review at the 15 year mark, which is 5 years past the warranty period. I was prompted to write this due to a recent discovery during a bathroom remodel which exposed the outer walls to the last siding work. See photo. The project originally covered the replacement of most of the windows in the house, the front door, siding, Tyvek wrap, gutters and roof. The work was done in a timely manner and Paul was prompt in getting back to us when we reported issues. Paul honored his warranty when during another remodel 4 to 5 years later when it was discovered that the roof had been leaking into the house over the years, staining an area of carpet that was under furniture. We also had some strange leaking in the back of the house from the beginning, but we never discovered the cause at the time. Paul tried to spray water at the back of the house but didn't discover anything. We then had a dripping leak 4 or 5 years ago into the family room, but we hired a roofer off Angie's list to diagnose and fix that problem, since we were probably out of warranty at that point. The other roofer discovered a problem on the edge of the roof tiles that were cut a little too short, also had a flashing issue and let water run in and behind the siding when rain and wind allowed the water to run in. See gif image of leaking. The recent discovery was an area along the sloped back roof line that meets the back of the one bathroom. The bathroom contractor called me in and showed me something that was unexpected. I've attached a photo between the 2x4s. What is seen is the back of the Oracle insulated siding and some roof flashing on the right side but not continuing down on the left side, and daylight can be seen at the roof line and a little at the siding joint. Not sure what happened. I wouldn't have expected to see the back of the siding if at least the Tyvek material was used as it was in the other areas and if the sheathing was fixed. And I'm not sure what's up with the flashing like that. I don't think it should have just been covered up with siding like that. From what I recall Paul may have had issues with his subcontractors or temp workers at the time since he had to have them redo some areas. It's disappointing to find this due to my concerns back then. The front door has held up well over 15 years. Gutters have also done well. No major problems with the windows, expect for maybe an interior manufacturer staining problem inside the glass. A large portion of the siding has held up through various wind storms. I don't recall any sections popping off. The large portion of the roof, which I believe was a 25 or 30 year GAF Timberline shingle appears to be doing ok. Most leaking issues appear to be related to flashing and edge interface area problems, such as incorrect flashing and broken sheathing again which was related to dining room leak; although we didn't ever have any interior leaking issues during the first 15 years of the original builder's roof and siding.

Can?t say enough good things about Paul Molz and Bucks County Contractors. He just finished all new vinyl siding (Crane Board 7?) and 24 new windows (Siminton 5500), plus put in a sliding glass door. We were referred to Paul from close friends and glad we chose him. Showed up everyday
on time, didn?t leave a mess either. His foreman Eric is fantastic too, pays attention to detail. Throughout the 3 week project, there were a bunch of little things I asked to have fixed or changed and Eric took care of it right away, no complaints. Paul even did a few extra things that were not in the contract at no charge ? almost never have a contractor do that! If you need siding, windows or a roof, get a bid from Paul, you will see how easy going he is to work with.

They are fantastic. I've used them to replace our roof three years prior I've never had an issue with their service. They're there when they say they will be there. They clean up the site afterwards. I've never had communication issues either. I've referred this company to friends and they agreed with my assessment. Absolutely reliable.

Contacted the Bucks County Contractors two times and left messages to schedule an inspection of my roof for repair or replacement.  They never returned my messages.

I thought that they were very friendly, very knowledgeable, they gave me a good quote, probably one of the best that I've gotten. I liked the person that came out, we had a good conversation, he helped me understand a little more about roofs and what needed to be done. And the reason I didn't select them was that the written quote that he gave me wasn't as detailed as the quotes that I got from a couple of other contractors, and when I called back to get more detail - it was around the holiday season - and I didn't get a response. They definitely answered all my questions that I had at the time. The person that came out and spoke to me about the roof, like I said, he answered, he explained to me more than I knew about roofing so I was very satisfied with the actual quote that they had done. I actually recommended them to a friend who had to have her roof replaced.

Can't say enough about what a good job they did. They showed up on time did the whole roof in one day. They did my siding and windows about 8 years ago and did a great job then too. Then and now I found them to be the nicest people to deal with. And when they were done there was not a sign anywhere that a contractor had been here. My property was cleaner when they left then when they got here!

Paul Molz, the owner, is and was fantastic to work with.  We were referred to Paul from a neighbor and were happy to hear that he had remodeled a number of homes in our development.  We called several contractors to get multiple estimates and Paul was the only contractor to come over and actually go up on our roof to inspect it.  His estimate was extremely competitive with the others (better in most cases), but more importantly, we got the feeling that Paul treated us and hour home more like clients and not just customers.  We weren't exactly sure which color we wanted from the samples provided so we told him 3 houses in the neighborhood that we liked and he took a look at them and told us exactly which color to choose.  The house has since been completed and we think it came out exactly how we envisioned it, if not better, and have had many complements from the surrounding neighbors.  Since the project was being done in the winter, we were at the mercy of mother nature on a few days but that should be expected living in the Northeast.  The windows were installed in 2 days and the siding was completed in 2-3 days.  Upon completion of the project, Paul's crew did a good job cleaning everything up as if nothing was ever done.  We also replaced a couple of the light fixtures which Paul and his right hand man, Eric, did for us at no extra charge.  Paul and Eric also helped us find a leak on our roof that we couldn't find and repaired it.
Based on our experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Bucks County Contractors for your outside remodeling needs.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company.  Paul and Natalie Molz , the company owners always returned our phone calls in a a timely fashion and that began with the estimate.  The estimate was very informative Paul was  professional and punctual.  We asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them and he even came out a second time when we had some concerns about additional work we thinking about having done.  Paul gave a timeline which was followed very closely.  The work  crews showed up on time , they did their work with as little disruption as possible  to our daily lives. I was particularly concerned about the cleanup because I have a dog and I was afraid he would get hurt on some of the debris.  But every day the house  and grounds were meticulously cleaned and I never even found a nail on the ground.  the work was done with no damage to my outside landscaping or to the interior of my home.  The quality of the  workmanship  was excellent.  I feel like I have a new house but I did not have to move. Paul's advice was invaluable .  Our front bay window , which really showcases our home , was very difficult to visualize and ther are so many options to choose from that I was really undecided.  Paul actually rode around our neighborhood and made suggestions about what I might like done with the window.  He actually even looked at the window openings and showed how my house had quite unique stonework and made suggestions about what might work with the house's exterior.  I will definitely hire this company again and I have already recommend them to family members and friends.  If you want a great job done by experienced , professional workmen  then definitely hire Bucks County Contractors. Thanks to Paul and Natalie and all the workers who helped make my house beautiful

The experience went very well.  First call was responded to immediately and the owner, Paul, came out to our house to look at what we needed done.  He carried out the inspection, worked up an estimate and left it for us to review - all on the same day.  When we made the decision to go with him (we looked at 5 other contractors and the experience with Paul was one of the better, seamless ones, coupled with the fact that his estimate was one of the more reasonable ones received), he immediately looked at his schedule, worked a few projects around and was able to come to us to start the project within a week of our assigning the contract to him.  He arrived with his team when he said he would,  They worked on the roof for almost three days - that was his estimate of time before starting the job - had materials shipped in when necessary, never lost any time for reasons of materials not available, etc.  They worked with us to address minor issues encountered along the way and Paul was able to act as general contractor for the installation of a new skylight in the roof, complete with new "tunnel" and all attendant drywalling.
His team was excellent, well prepared, neat and cleaned up after themselves every night they were with us.  Once the project was complete, all signs of work disappeared leaving us with a yard (front and back) that looked as if no work had ever been done there.  The sub-contractor on the skylight job was just as fastidious, leaving us with almost no signs of work ever having een done either.  All in all, Bucks County Contractors did a fine job and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Paul Molz, came out personally to perform estimate and came bu several times during our roofing job. They replaced any damaged wood and worked very hard to get the job done in one day. We had  a few set back due to down poor earlier that week. The crew worked through an entire Sat to get this done for us. They were professional, and did a terrific job cleaning up. Even used a large magnet to go over our grass for any nails etc. They also took great care protecting our plants and patio furniture.

The crew showed up on time everyday. They were very organized and demonstrated great teamwork. The roof was replaced first. The old roof was removed, damaged plywood was replaced, Ridge vents were installed and the roof looks great.

The siding was next. The old siding was removed. Insulation board was installed, adding R value as well as creating a perfectly flat wall surface. Siding, Trim, additional electric outlets (Which I requested) and new light light fixtures were installed. Gutters were fabricated on site and installed. EVERYTHING around my property was cleaned and left looking like new.

Update: it is now almost 2 years since we had Bucks County Contractors instal our roofing and siding. We are still getting compliments on how great our home looks. We have weathered Superstorm Sandy without any issues. I am very happy with the quality of workmanship and the character of the company as a whole!

I would definitely hire them for any future projects.

We were very happy with the work performed and the crew who performed the work. They took adequate care to protect the landscaping and the pool from damage during tear off. They were there when promised and finished when they said they would. The skylight does still occasionally leak during very hard rain (completely an architectural problem), but the one by the fireplace has held very well. It is now over a year later, and we experienced a small interior leak during a Nor'easter. I called the Company and they were out the next day to check it. He was up on the roof, corrected some caulking and also fixed any other small thing he saw while up there. We are so happy with our decision to go with the lowest estimate. The work is great and the responsiveness of the Company through it all is very much appreciated!
