Frank arrived promptly at the scheduled time at my house. He installed the MS Word onto my old Dell computer in less than one-half hour. He would only allow me to pay him $20.00 for this service. This past July when he put a new hard drive in the Dell, he took it to his shop but he did not charge me anything for pickup and delivery. I would highly recommend Frank's Computer Service for both in-house and take-out computer service and repairs.
