They were very courteous, competent and did a great job at a very reasonable price. When they were replacing my bathroom fan, they found that it was being vented into the attic. They rerouted that fan and my other bathroom fan with the same problem. They vented them out through the roof which corrected the problem at no extra charge.

Was reschedule same day because they received an emergency call. Was scheduled 3 weeks later and the honor the price I paid for each additional hours. Was told the 3 jobs I wanted would take 4 hours he came out the original day to view the jobs. Upon returning to do the job they only did 2 out of the 3 jobs... the last 30 minutes of my paid time was used for them go clean up...personally they could have did the 3rd job and I would have cleaned up for those 30 mins... wofk that was done was good but parts was too high not itemized on the sales slip and labor was slow

There was a problem with the fans and they came back and fixed immediately.

Great. Even though we have a secondary circuit box, they did not impose an additional charge for that. They did a very thorough, professional job. They made several recommendations for further work, but Omega has not yet contacted me .

The technician was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He did an excellent job and performed all of the work that we requested well within the time period that we paid for.

Had an estimate for service done by Dan on 4/7/17. Dan came to the house and was very detailed, knowledgeable and professional. SO LET ME STATE THIS REVIEW DOES NOT REFLECT DAN IN ANY WAY. I called Joann to have the work scheduled she stated because Dan did the estimate she would schedule me with him but it would have to be in almost 3 weeks so I scheduled for 4/27/17. On 4/27 I called at 9AM to see when he was coming and Joann never put it in the books, kept doing a run around making excuses about Wayne changing schedules, and she was a way for a week (even though I made it with her almost 3 weeks ago). Finally she admitted she messed up. We then received a call from Chuck stating the first appointment they could give us was May 8th but they will give us 10% off our bill (Gee thanks guys it only would have been a month now so no thank you). Well I'm happy to say I hired PREMIER ELECTRICIANS and Mike came out the same day gave us an estimate and starting the job that day in which we are extremely happy with the work PREMIER ELECTRICIANS DID.

The technicians arrived at the time they said they would. Two technicians responded and both were very professional and knowledgable. The light fixture was replaced which included a motion sensor. The team made sure that the light and motion sensor was properly working before leaving the job. I am very impressed with the technicians and pleased with the service provided. Will definitely use this company again.

After trying several Angie's List rated electricians, finally spoke with Wayne at Omega who knew exactly what our problem(s) were, and specifically with the thermostat. Scheduled an initial visit and found the floor thermostat had horribly malfunctioned and almost started a fire had it not been for the GFI breaker; and that required a return visit requiring additional parts/work to fix the issue. Both Wayne and Rob were knowledgeable; courteous; communicated in plain language; punctual and respectful of our home. There was a final billing snafu, and failure to apply the Angie's List discount, but those were quickly rectified with a call to the office without the need of additional follow-up (although have yet to receive their check but believe it will be forthcoming). Gave them a "B" on price because we thought their actual hourly rate was a bit steep vis-a-vis an Angie's List special @ $99 for 2 hours that had just expired, although we were not displeased with their end work product.

I got two men for an hour's work. They replaced a light switch that had never worked properly and installed a new ceiling fan (which I had prepurchased) all in less than an hour. The senior man also assessed another switch problem and recommended a future solution which makes sense. Everything was done and cleaned up in the hour's contract.

Fixed in under 10 minutes

Two men came. One was apparently in training. He was assigned to install 2 of the dimmer switches in the bathroom. He apparently did not think it necessary to turn on the lights to check his work. Right after they left, I went to the bathroom and found out that those lights would not come on at all. I had to call the office to get the cell number for the workers who just left so they could return before they got too far away. The other guy fixed the problem. Because they were professional and prompt, I still chose to give them a "B".

They came out when they said that they would. They did an excellent job and completed the project in a timely manner. They are all very polite and professional and I will highly recommend them.

Bought a deal: 4 hours of electric service. Omega sent one experienced electrician and 1 "helper" so together I got 2 hours service in home X 2 Omega employees = 4 service hours. If both Omega employees were electricians I would have gotten good value and more done. However, with one limited to merely helping out, I feel the deal was no good. Although the one electrician did a good job, I should have had 2 electricians. Going forward I would not buy a "deal" again from Angie's List as I do not believe it was a fair and accurate description of what the vendor might provide.

The work was supposed to be for 4 hrs. They left for 45 minutes to pick up the proper lightbulbs and came back with the wrong ones. When I installed the right lightbulbs I found out that the sockets were crooked.

The electricians were both great and knowledgeable, however, I did have to buy an extra hour of time at an inflated rate of $125 per hour and felt that they should have completed all my projects within the allowed time of the initial 4 hours.
