Scheduling and confirming an appointment was easy and straightforward. Technician Ned arrived and quickly diagnosed my electrical issue (with a non-functioning outdoor pole lamp) and proposed two solutions. After I chose, he returned a few days later and completed it as described, without issue. I have used Omega several times for electrical work in the past, including for some major projects such as a whole-home generator, and have always been completely satisfied with their work. They are thorough, reasonably priced, and are sure to explain every step they are taking. I highly recommend Omega Electric!

Omega Electric was the provided service through American Home Shield. Initial service call was for faulty exterior outlet and security light fixture. Technician arrived replaced outlet without checking for any other service issues, inspected security light stated new fixture would not work and recommended another style. Returned fixture and noticed exterior outlet was not functioning again, called in a second request. Technician replaced GFI and outlet, installed new fixture. The security light did not function, called in a third service call, purchased a recommended light style. Technician arrive to install, state they cannot install it and must submit a request to relocate the fixture. AHS denied, upon conversation with AHS it was identified. The technicians did not provide accurate detail regarding the claim. I would not recommend and I plan to file all complaints with applicable agencies.

They ran the replacement line for the old one that had been cut. Tracked in back to panel and did a good job on the replacement. Just a little expensive

TERRIBLE. AVOID this company! They sent two technicians that admitted they didn't know what they were doing. They FaceTimed with their boss (Wayne) while they looked at the switches on the wall. They handed me their phone to speak to Wayne who admitted when they were disconnecting the switches, they blew out the transformer in one of our fans. My home warranty company will not replace the fans that they damaged and the light issue was not repaired. I made multiple contacts. I spoke with Christine. She stated that they could write up an estimate for the cost to replace the fans since the warrenty company won't pay. However, I had working fans prior to their tech's visits. I was supposed to receive a call from Wayne the next day. It has been two weeks.

Omega Electrical revisited my home to finish the electrical deal I purchased on Angie’s list. Initially I was not happy with the work they did under a electrical deal I purchased on Angie’s list. The owner was very receptive to my complaints and promised to make things right. I am very happy to report these guys came through and satisfied me by revisiting and making things right. I give them an A+ for such a stand up company and doing a great job. I highly recommend them as a company that will stand by their work and their word. I need not look for an electrical company for my electrical needs. I have one Omega Electrical!!

They did the worst crap ever!!! Don’t buy electrical deals on Angie’s list. I paid for two electrician and only one did any work. The other electrician stood around and seemed incompetent. This was a ripoff 270$ for two electrician and only one knew what he was doing. I called the company about this and they said they would get back to me huh when probably never. I’m so angry at this ripoff taking a day out from work to watch these guys rush about doing a half *** job. The GIF was mount on a stick and banged into the ground I got pictures it’s a mess. I told this company that I needed a GIF piped mount in a flower bed when I brought the deal but these guys showed up with nothing to mount it with. I can’t stress enough how terrible this is. I brought the proper mount at Homedepot for 17$ but I needed the GIF rewired. The wall mounted light is a joke, they never tried to do it right.

Made an appointment but they did not show. When contacted to see why the person on the phone admitted to not scheduling the appointment in the records. She apologized and squeezed us in that day. But because of the appointment mishap the technician could not stay for the full time associated with the deal and could only repair the outlet wiring problem and was not able to do the ceiling fan. They only charged us for the work done on the outlet wiring. The technician was good and worked as fast as he could to get the outlet wiring done which was the priority. He did an excellent job. I am sure if there was not the appointment mix up there would have been nothing negative to say. I would still use them again.

Electricians (Rob and Ned) were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Using Omega is much better than using my usual local guy because these guys displayed a high level of professionalism. You pay a little bit more, but it's still a good price and worth it. I'll def use again.

I had a lightning strike at my home which fried a good part of my electric service. Omega came out right away to inspect my electric, which was after hours so that was much appreciated. They replaced my 200 amp service panel and a bunch of switches and outlets. I wouldn't call them the most professional, but the work seemed to go ok overall. Now in 2019 I had an electrician perform a home electric inspection while he was here performing other work. He told me that the surge protector on the panel was installed on the bottom breaker instead of at the top breaker as it should be. With the surge protector installed on the last circuit it's not protecting anything else in the panel. Obviously I had no idea that it was installed this way. I asked the electrician why they would install it this way? His answer: "Because they were idiots." So now I'll have to pay to have this fixed.

Unfortunately we are all human and can make mistakes this is why if there is ever a problem with our work we are very honest and fair and will come out and fix it with no charge to you as [Member Information Removed] as we did make the mistake we will take ownership of it. Omega Electric was so helpful and professional right from our first phone call to them. We needed to get the work completed right away to close permits. We hired a bad contractor that stole from us and did work without permits. Omega got the needed permit and completed all the necessary work that passed inspection. They were fast, efficient, communicated upfront with what needed to be done and were reasonably priced. We are so grateful that we found them on Angie's List. We tried many other electrical contractors and none of them were willing to do the job.

The man who came first was very nice and explained what would be done. The two men who came to do the work were very nice and helpful. The only concern was the delay in their arranging for the inspector to come. Other than that, exceptional.

Was very happy. The electrician that came out, Anthony, was wonderful. Actually was at our house before I could get there from work! He was very pleasant, went right to work and did a great job. Was very happy with the work that was done. Thought it was a little expensive considering I could've done most of it myself. But, overall, was happy with the job, the electrician and would certainly hire again.

Omega did an awesome job! From the professionalism in a quick response to my initial inquiry, to getting the job done. The electricians were professional and very pleasant. Brittany was great at getting back to me and following up, which is rare to find these days. I was absolutely impressed as an executive in Facilities for my company. I wish that I could work with this level of professionalism in my daily work responsibilities.
