This is the second time I have used Bryan's services.  Just like the first time, I was very satisfied with his work.  I left a voicemail to schedule an appointment and they were very quick about returning my call and were able to schedule me within the next week.  When Bryan got here he made the necessary corrections by replacing the entire faucet and pipe that was split. It only took about an hour and then he showed me exactly what he fixed and explained to me some things I could do to prevent the same thing from happening again next year as the split was due to the pipe freezing over the winter. I would call Advanced Plumbing again for any plumbing issues that I have and would recomment Bryan to anyone.

They showed up on time and we didn't have to call them back.  I would use them again.

I found Bryan on Angie's List after reading multiple positive reviews. He initially came out to inspect the job and take a water sample. After he received the results from the water sample he drafted a detailed proposal outlining every step of the process and what it would cost. In his proposal he listed several options to fit a new water heater and softener system in a very small space in our laundry room. He even took the time to provide the additional paperwork of why he recommended certain products - which I appreciated. We had a few days of below freezing temperatures so my installation date was pushed back a few days but the quality of work heavily outweighed the minor inconvenience. He wasn't able to finish the job in one day so he came out on Sunday when I was home to explain how the softener system worked. Overall, it was a great experience. Bryan will be my first call with any future plumbing issues.

I recently purchased new appliances for my kitchen including a new gas stove.  I currently have an electric stove and needed the gas line run from the basement up to the kitchen for the new stove.  Advanced Plumbing was the 3rd plumber that I called to get an estimate on the work .  I thought that it was convenient that they were able to provide me an estimate over the phone/internet based on pictures I took of my basement and the space I needed the line.  It prevented me from having to book another appointment where I had to be home and waiting for someone to show up simply for an estimate.  Advanced Plumbing also provided me an estimate that was significantly cheaper than the other 2 I received so I decided to go with them.  They were very accommodating in providing a date and time that I was available for the work to be done.
On the date of the appointment they called me to let me know that they would be running a little late because I was a bit further away than they had anticipated.  It was only about 30 minutes which wasn't a problem at all but I did appriciate the notice.  I was very impressed with their professionalism as I didn't know much about what I needed to have done for the stove.  I didn't have the stove at that point, but they wanted to be sure that they placed the gas line in the correct spot so they had me pull up the model number and installation guide to ensure that the gas line was placed in the right location for my new stove.  I appriciated this as I recently had an electrician come out as well and they didn't ask me for any of this information and installed my electical outlet in the wrong spot.  The work only took a little over an hour and the actual cost was right on with the estimate that they provided.
I was very satisfied with the work done and would definitely call them in the future if I need any work done.

Advanced Plumbing Inc. was called we left message.  Called Paramount Plumb was told we lived to far and referred C J Rooter we were unable to fine phone number or internet information.. Decided to call Roto-Rooter Plumbing explain that we had overflow of water each time washer drains on rinse cycle.  We asked if they charged to make the house visit they said no.  Only if they worked no the problem.
We called them at 9:00 AM and he arrived at 10:30 AM.  
Did the job with no problem-a gentlemen even explained what he was doing and why.

Oh, Advanced Plumbing did return our call that afternoon. We told them the problem was taken care of.

I found Brian at Advanced Plumbing off of Angie's List. He was very good. He was very professional. He was very polite, thoughtful, and he laid down drop cloths from the door he came into the house all the way down into the basement. He took a lot of thought on how he would install it. Because of the way he had to install it he didn't know if there would be a leak or not. We had a leak and had to call him back. He came back within the next day or so to fix the leak. He stands behind his work.  He was excellent; an A+. We also had a 10% coupon for him on Angie's List and he honored that. We would definitely use him in the future.

We have renters in our home and are out-of-state owners of the property, and although I've never met the plumbers, they always respond well via email, are reasonably priced, and provide quality work. We’ve had nothing but a good experience with them.

I called for an estimate to have the above work done. After a friendly phone call I had scheduled an on-site estimate. Bryan arrived on-time and was quick to diagnose the issues. We agreed on quote by email and within 1 day I had my quote.
The pricing was very competitive and I decided to schedule the work. Bryan was on time once again. The work was completed and the price did not change from the quote. The work areas were left clean and repaired. 
I did have some questions after the initial visit which were answered very promptly. I would recommend Advanced Plumbing for good, competitively priced work. I will call again with any future needs.

It turned out real well. He did a very good job. He was very timely and very courteous. We just had hardwood floors put down so he protected them from any damage.

I called to install two bathroom sink fixtures and the work was performed in a very competent manner. The old fixtures were difficult to remove so it took several hours. He cleaned up the area and his work was done very professionally.
I have scheduled the company to do additional work. By the way, the rates were very reasonable, about $200, which included some parts, for over two hours of labor.
I have used several plumbing firms over the past twenty years and these people are by far the best.

He told me a couple things to do to help keep it flushing really well. He was friendly, on time, he did stay and work on the issue and he told me if I have a problem with it again to call him and he could replace the toilet with a packaged price that was very reasonable. He is going to my plumber from now on!

Brian & his journeyman arrived on time & were fully observant. I filled them in on our problems & questions. Brian answered all of my questions & pointed me in the right direction. They both were very professional & got to work right away. When the job was completed, Brian informed me of all of the work they had done step by step, and listened to my comments & questions. We had originally contracted him to have our water supply lines replaced in our almost 100 year old home because we had no water flow.  Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He and his helper arrived on time and were completing the project on time. The plumbing inspector threw us a curve ball and made us install a pump for our laundry tubs because it  didn't seem like they were connected to our main but the guys stayed late until all of the work- including installing the pump- was finished. Since the pump was an unexpected expense he was nice enough to give us the 10% off(with the coupon) off the whole job and not just what we had originally contracted for. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

They were extremely professional, efficient and affordable.  I have never had a plumbing company give me a price over the phone.  It was a wonderful surprise. They called back immediately and scheduled the work as soon as they could fit it in.  Also, they answered all my questions politely.  He was punctual, courteous, kept the area clean, reasonable and did a great job.  I would highly recommend him and am happy to finally find an honest, affordable, hard working plumbing service to help me in the future!

Brian and his wife Kristin were responsive, friendly , and helpful from the beginning estimate through final billing.  We had received an estimate from Advanced Plumbing for another project we are planning when we found out he could help hook up a natural gas heater for our inground pool.  His price was reasonable,  he was thorough with his estimate and job preparation, communicated well throughout the project making suggestions that alleviated cost and or increased efficiency, and cleaned up the job site perfectly.   Finally, a great plumber and fair businessman. 
We will use him again for our next project.  Advanced plumbing is by far the best find in Berks County!

Bryan guided us along the way, suggesting places to shop and things to look for in choosing materials for our bathroom.

 He accomodated our summer schedules in installing the materials. When we were concerned about the medicine cabinets we chose he suggested several different alternatives to give us the look we wanted. He worked with us until we were happy.
He came when he said. There were no 'hidden' costs. The workmanship was great. I would recommend him and we will employ him to do our next bathroom.

Bryan and his assistant George were very personable.  Bryan explained the procedures and made some suggestions to enhance the hot water system.  He also provided information to help me better understand the maintenance of the unit.  Overall I was extremely impressed with the professional quality of the service and would definitely use them in the future.

I called on monday with broken toilet and Bryan cam out on tuesday afternoon and replaced it.  He was professional, pleasant to talk with and did a great job.  I am very satisfied.

When I contacted Advanced Plumbing they asked me to take photos of my faucets so that they could give me an estimate of the cost to complete the work.  About a week later, they sent me the estimate.  Took a little longer than I would have liked but I was happy with the price.  I scheduled them to come a week later and they completed all the work except the shower heads because there was an issue with the faucet.   Bryan came back later that week and completed the job.  I was very impressed with his work and his work ethic.  Even though he had to come back a second time with the right tools, he still stayed within his original estimate and was prompt, polite and efficient.  I wouldn't hesitate to use Bryan again in the future.  I'm comforted to know that if I ever have a plumbing emergency/issue in the future, Bryan will be the first person I call.
