Our Kenmore Elite refrigerator broke down. I called Frank on a Sunday and he was at our house the next day, He was very punctual and professional, diagnosed the problem and the refrigerator was repaired in a few days after the fan was delivered. We were very happy by House Appliances service.

Assurance Appliance Repair was great. Alex and Mike not only showed up on time they were early.They explained the repair needed and set up a return date for service,again they were early and completed the repair as promised. I would recommend them anytime. As for cost you get what you pay for and I happily paid the bill. They were both knowledgeable and very respectful in helping me.

Great - he started by checking the knobs and it turned out that one was stripped. He used the knob on the wrinkle shield button to turn the dryer on and looked up the part number and provided me a link so I could order a new knob. He wore shoe protectors so as not to track dirt into the house. He was professional and quick - I would definitely use them again. I was charged the minimum charge for a house call.

The range was manufactured in the 50's so it's hard to find the parts for the range. Frank did a great job and is awesome because he travels to service our stove. He's very good and he knows what he's doing.

I've never seen such a fast response in my life! They came the next day -- very nice people. I will use again. Frank was so nice, he felt like part of the family -- he is unbelievable.
