heidelmark renovations llc.

Heidelmark was called to fix a partial renovation gone bad. 
He arrived assessed the situation, made recommendations without bagging the other contractor.  Only interested in the fix not how it happened. 
Removed all the previous contractors work and started fresh with an eye on money and salvaging all the materials from the previous renovation he could without cutting corners and then adding new materials as needed. 
He then proceeded to renovate the only shower in the home of two disabled patients, in an efficient timely manor.  In three days we had a three week project nightmare solved with smiles, happy talk and the most professional job i have seen in a long time.
He then installed two handi capp toilets one in the bathroom with the shower and the other in master bedroom bathroom.
Arrived each day as promised and worked until late each day promising we would not be inconvenienced any longer than possible.  All the while being sensitive to our stress over this situation. He was also sensitive to my wives dementia and did not leave tools out or doors open or anything debis for her to trip on...bravo!!
When he left you did not even know he was here outside a job well done.  He vacuumed the back porch were he was working the hallways the livingroom wherever there was any dust or crumbs of his work.  he cleaned the yard too.

He arrived on time for the consultation and offered some great ideas and suggestions.  He was dressed professionally and acted and spoke with knowledge of customer service and all aspects of the renovation which i really appreciated.  He was not afraid to tell me what he could and could not do and if my ideas were possible or not and what i could do to still get what i wanted but maybe with a different approach.
He came on the scheduled time and took care of my home while he worked in it, drop cloths, wiped feet, tools always where they belonged and cleaned up any mess with minimal residue.
He and his workers did the job required and i feel like i got my monies worth
