"[Member Name Removed], I am very sorry that you experienced this poor response to your call for an irrigation system. There is no one at fault other than myself. I am the founder and the owner of the company. I have experienced the same kind of frustrations as a consumer and would never wish that kind of response on anyone. That said, unfortunately, the pace of leads that comes into to our office can be extremely variable and sometimes I simply get overwhelmed. We also have an excellent referral base because of our relationships with landscapers, designers and our customers that we provide routine service for. Admittedly, these folks get priority during very busy periods because we value the relationships that have lasted for years. Still this does not excuse me from at least calling you to let you know that. If there is anything that I can do for you at this point? I sincerely hope that you were able to find a competent irrigation company and that you are satisfied with the results. Sincerely, Rob Kratz, Owner and New Installation Consultant"
"Our crew also had a great experience installing your system. Thank you for being so great to work with!"
"Thanks Mr [Member Name Removed] - it has been our pleasure to service your system and the SFYAL baseball field over the past several years. Thank you for your business!"
"Thank you! We look forward to servicing your property for many seasons to come!"
"Thank you for the feedback."
"Mr. [Member Name Removed], I take full responsibility for this. I apologize for not getting back to you and I apologize to my staff as this shortfall benefits no one. There are geographical areas such as Avondale that are what we consider on the fringe of our service area. I was waiting for an opportune time in which I could schedule the visit along with others in that part of the county which is about an hour from us. What I should have done was call you immediately upon receiving the message to set your expectations. This way, you could have either decided to wait or you could have searched for someone else. Your feedback is appropriate and I take it to heart. Thank you for taking the time to provide this insight which I will use to improve future service. - Rob Kratz, Owner"
"Hydroscapes has made numerous attempts to follow up with Mr [Member Name Removed] to better understand the nature of his dissatisfaction but to no avail. If there is ever an issue with any of our work, including this sump pit modification and connected drainage, we stand by our warranties and will honor any corrective work needed based on our work. Please reach out to our office and we will make every effort to resolve any issues."
"Thank you, Mrs [Member Name Removed]. Always a pleasure!"
"Thank you for helping the installation to go so smoothly. Your family was great to work with and our techs have enjoyed servicing the system over the past two seasons!"

We take time to read and consider all reviews and appreciate the feedback, good or bad. We are thrilled that your system has been performing to expectations and we look forward to servicing it in seasons to come. Have a great spring!"
"Thank you! See you in the spring!"
