Over the course of renting the peoperty for 10 months I received one (1) rental disbursement check. After continuously calling for my rental disbursements, I was finally promised it would be looked into. This is still an ongoing situation. I would not advise anyone to use Affinity Property management.

The company is not professional nor organized in dealing with clients. They did miss damages done in my property from a tenant untill new tenant brought the issues to me. They did not provide list of damages to the prior teant at the end of lease within timeframe set by the law exposing myself to the lawsuit from prior tenant. When i terminated the contract with the company due to their breaches of the responsibilities, the owner of the company threatened my current tenant with credit damages unless the tenant directly pays monthly rental fee to them. They did not return my equity nor my keys to my own house. Overall, i have spent considerabe money and my time and energy to take care of the masses they created. Even with all damages, the owner does not take responsibility and claim that i owe them monthly management fee even if i terminated the contract with them due to their breaches.
