I initially called BOA, because they are my bank. I never heard back from them after the initial contact. Settlement was coming up and I got a recommendation for Joyce at Guaranty Northeast. She and her team were incredible! They responded quickly, explained everything in detail, their attention to detail was great and it was a really good experience.
