The installation team arrived on time to install my new door and screen door. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They were polite and cleaned up everything. Although these doors cost a bit more, it's obvious that they are worth it. They are an excellent company to do business with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend West Shore to any of my friends or family. Even the salesman who sold me the door stopped by after they were done to make sure they did a good job installing the doors and that I was satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

The entire experience has been very good. I received estimates from two other very reputable vendors and was pleased with all three of their bids. West Shore gave me the same guarantees as the others but were more exact in the measurements and scope of the work needed for installing these doors. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had 21 windows replaced by West Shore this week. I was impressed by all the facets of the operation, from the sales person who came to see me in my home, to the quality of the windows, to the person who came out to measure the windows, to the staff of workers who installed and finished the windows. This is a very professional organization. The sales person explained the quality of the windows and how the price compared to other vendors. The installation could not have been more efficient, fast, professional and clean. The crew showed up with four trucks at 8:30am as scheduled. The crew consisted of 12 workers and they had the old windows out and the new windows in place within 2 hours. For the next four hours, the crew insulated the gaps between the window and the frame, trimmed the interior of the window with new trim pieces and trimmed out the exterior of the windows with new aluminum. Several members of the crew cleaned while they worked and since I work from home, I was able to work and observe the work they did. The crew acted like they had worked together a long time and knew how to do the job. I would recommend West Shore for windows and any other service they offer based on their professionalism and quality.
