I was very pleased with the install experience. The installers Craig D. and Rob T. were awesome. What a great team!! They were very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable in knowing that the job would be completed without any complications. Craig went above and beyond to ensure that our existing storm door was able to be used and it actually works better than it had before! It was truly a 5 Star experience. I am so happy!! I would recommend Westshore to all of my friends and family!! Thank you so much!!

Good value for your money. Respectful and professional. The job was done in one day for 9 beautiful windows. Unlike the well advertised competitor, the sales presentation did not have nearly the pressure nor the appearance of anger if the contract was not accepted on the spot. W are an older couple that need time to consider major purchases carefully. Would you blame us? We all expect value for our hard earned money.

Two installers: Joe M and Brandon W arrived on time (8 am) and immediately put drop cloths down. Worked all day without a break and completed the job around 5. Cleaned up everything and explained what was done, etc. Extremely courteous! Beautiful job!! Replaced bathtub and installed shower and enclosure. Salesman, Tim was awesome also.

Shower turned out great.. However still waiting for them to send contractors to fix my other main bathroom that they started to demolish by mistake! They said the photos looked the same

Tim and Kaden were great; professional and efficient. Would have given all fives, but the price was too high.

First impression was good with their sales rep Leo Bruno. He was not pushy and gave us time to decide what we liked and fully explained the whole process of the installing of our new shower. Shannon and Will who installed our shower did a fantastic and professional job. They did exactly as Leo explained, measuring every foot for a perfect fit. Installing new plumbing for the shower and used a solid backing of ply wood for the job. Shannon and Will were polite and cleaned up after themselves even putting cloth down on our floors to protect our floor and carpet. We have gotten a lot of positive comments about our newly installed shower by Shannon and Will for Westshore!!! Will keep in mind for other home improvement projects.

Replaced rear deck door, two glass side panels and transom.

Installers Corey, Charlie, Will and Shannon did a meticulous job installing two new showers in our home. They were courteous, friendly, kept us updated throughout the day, answered all questions, and did an excellent job. They also removed all materials from our old showers, and cleaned up afterwards!

Needed a new rear entry system (frame, storm door, and door). Guys came out and upon install discovered what turned out to be a larger problem. Turns out that water in my foundation is what caused my original door and frame to rot out in the first place. Ralph and Tom were up front with me and recommended I not have the door installed until the water in my foundation was taken care of. Despite the headache of having just paid for a door and now learning that I would have to pay for a basement sump pump this was good advice and I appreciated Ralph and Tom's honesty. They could have just put the door on and I would have never know the difference. That right there gets 5-stars from me. Additionally, the instill was terrific, and the guys were very personable the entire time. Excellent work, job well done!!

The installers are awesome. Friendly, I like to see what is going on when having work done and they are very open to letting me go in and see how far they have come. Very efficient and know their jobs well. I will go to West Shore from now on for big projects like this one. Five stars all the way

The crew that came to our house (Cory & Zack) were courteous, clean, efficient, and precise in their work. There was a part that came from the factory that was the wrong color. They caught the mistake before it was installed. The correct part will be installed this week. These guys are very professional.

They are not the cheapest but they do excellent work. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves too.

They are more expensive than others but the materials and products were superior as well as their installers.

The person installing it was a true craftsman. A joy to watch.

Installers were meticulously careful in installing the windows. From my experience with them, I am having four more windows installed on the "weather" side of our home and have asked for the same installers. All areas were policed and vacuumed. Great job!!!

After getting several quotes elsewhere, West Shore Home gave a very fair quote and we scheduled for our shower upgrade. They showed up on time and the demo was complete in no time. Then they installed our new shower and we love it!

Outstanding customer experience. These doors are pricey but they are fabulous doors that are lifetime with a full transferable warranty to the next owner. These are the last doors you will ever buy. Installers are superb and very professional and very particular how they approach the install start to finish. Customer service from start to finish cannot be beat. A one of a kind experience. Could not be happier!!
